Padded surfboard bags, hydrofoil covers and board bags for board brands, watersports distributors and private-label programmes. Developed from your board dimensions and fin layout.
Four directions in current production. Board covers are decided by what has to survive the journey — a car roof, an airline hold or a boat deck — and by whether the foil is travelling with the board.
900D Oxford bags with thermal-reflective options, built as OEM programmes rather than off-the-shelf sizes.
Padded bags with carry straps for foil surfing and travel, sized around the board and foil together.
Rip-proof covers shaped to the foil and mast, so components travel separately from the board.
Heavy-duty weather-resistant bags for boards stored on boats, kayaks and trailers.
Padding thickness, reflective lining and whether the bag carries fins or a foil separately are all confirmed per project.
Currently in production: surfboard and hydrofoil covers we currently produce. If your range also covers the load area, see console and engine covers.
Cutting, padding, zip fitting and edge binding are carried out on our own line, so the bag follows the board outline you supply rather than a standard size chart.
Board length, width and thickness set the pattern before cutting.
Outer shell, padding and lining are cut to the same outline to keep the layers aligned.
Zips, carry straps and edge binding are fitted and the seams reinforced.
Zip travel, strap anchors and stitching are checked before packing.
Bags can carry your printed logo, stitched label, printed carry straps and retail packaging under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
Board dimensions plus travel method are the two things that matter most.
Length, width and thickness, and whether a foil or fins travel with the board.
Car roof, van, airline hold or boat deck, because each points to a different level of padding.
Any logo, strap print or retail packaging layout you want applied.
Padding thickness and shell fabric are agreed per project rather than fixed in advance.
Yes, and it is a common request. Whether the foil travels in the same bag or a separate cover is a design decision taken at the start.
900D Oxford is the usual shell, with reflective or thermal linings where heat is a concern. The build is confirmed per project.
Yes. Bags are cut to the board outline you supply, so adding sizes to a range is a matter of adding outlines.
Yes. Printed logos, stitched labels, printed straps and retail packaging with your artwork are all part of the quotation.
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the bag is approved before production is scheduled.
Use the form below with the board dimensions, and we will come back with a proposal.
Measure the board tip to tail and across its widest point, then add a little room so the board slides in without stretching the cover. Note the fin and tail shapes that change the outline. A simple sketch plus that length is enough to start.
Light padding suits storage and light travel, while heavier padding protects boards stacked in a van or loaded onto a plane. The amount of padding also changes weight and bulk. Tell us how the boards are moved.
Hydrofoil setups need extra room for the mast and wings, and multi-board covers hold several boards with dividers between them. Each option changes how the bag is cut. Describe your typical setup and we will plan the shape.
Tell us the board dimensions and how it travels. We reply to every project enquiry.
