Development of crate and cage covers for pet brands, kennel suppliers and private-label programmes. Covers are built to your crate dimensions, with the openings and ventilation you specify.
This is a development line rather than a stocked range. The shapes below cover the crate formats we are tooled for, and each is produced to your dimensions.
Because this range is developed rather than stocked, a crate model, its dimensions or a photo of the assembled crate is enough to start. Fabric grade, mesh options and fastening are confirmed per project.
Currently in production: crate and cage cover formats we develop. If your range also covers the load area, see dog car seat covers.
The manufacturing steps match our other cover lines. What differs is the starting point: the pattern comes from your crate rather than from an existing product.
Crate dimensions and door positions become the cutting outline.
Panels, mesh sections and openings are cut to the same confirmed layout.
Openings, mesh edges and fastenings are checked before release.
Covers fold flat, which keeps carton volumes down for bulk orders.
Covers can carry your printed logo, stitched label and retail packaging under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
The crate dimensions and door layout are what we need first.
Width, depth and height of the assembled crate, plus the door positions.
Which sides need access, and whether mesh or vented panels are required.
The look you are after, and whether the cover should fold into a carry bag.
Opening layout and mesh specification are agreed per project; the pattern is developed from your crate.
No. Covers are developed to order, so the crate model or its dimensions are the starting point rather than a size list.
Yes. Openings are cut to the layout you specify, including two-door crates and side-access formats.
Mesh and vented panels are part of the specification. Whether they are needed, and how large, is decided at that stage.
Yes. Printed logos, stitched labels and your own retail packaging are all part of the quotation.
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the cover is approved before production is scheduled.
Use the form below with the crate details, and we will come back with a proposal.
Measure the crate's length, width and height at the frame, then check the size of the base tray and any lip. Note whether it is a wire crate, a soft crate or a solid panel design. These details decide how the cover fits.
A covered crate still needs airflow, and the door has to open freely. Decide where mesh panels, windows and door openings belong. Tell us how the crate is used and we will place the openings.
Indoor crates mostly need a calm, washable outer fabric, while crates that travel need something tougher that resists rubbing and dirt. The choice follows where the crate goes. Describe the typical use and we will match the fabric.
Tell us about the crate and the access you need. We reply to every project enquiry.
