Development of garden furniture covers for outdoor furniture brands, importers and private-label programmes. This range is built to order from your dimensions and artwork rather than sold from a standing list.
Development work on this line follows the furniture the cover has to fit. These are the shapes we are tooled for; each one is produced to your dimensions rather than a fixed size band.
Because the range is developed rather than stocked, an existing furniture drawing, a set of dimensions or a photo of the unit is enough to start. Fabric grade, venting and fastening are confirmed per project.
Currently in production: outdoor furniture cover formats we develop. If your range also covers the load area, see grill covers.
The manufacturing steps are the same as our other cover lines. What differs is the starting point: the pattern comes from your furniture rather than from an existing product.
Furniture dimensions or a photo become the cutting outline for the cover.
Panels are cut to the confirmed outline, including any vent or strap positions.
Stress points, tie-downs and zipper areas are reinforced before assembly.
Covers are folded and packed for bulk shipment or retail packaging.
Covers can carry your printed logo, size and care labels and retail packaging under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
A drawing or a set of dimensions is what unlocks this one.
Width, depth and height of the unit, either closed or set up, depending on what the cover has to fit.
Whether it is a sofa, table set, stack of chairs or a corner module, plus any handles or wheels.
How the furniture is kept over winter and whether a carry bag is wanted instead of a cover.
Fabric grade and fastening are agreed per project; the pattern is developed from your furniture.
No. It is developed to order, which is why a drawing or a set of dimensions is the starting point rather than a size list.
Yes. Modular units are handled as multi-panel covers cut to the module layout you supply.
Coated outdoor fabrics are the usual construction. The grade, and whether venting is included, is confirmed per project.
Yes. Printed logos, size and care labels and your own retail packaging are all part of the quotation.
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the cover is approved before production is scheduled.
Use the form below with the furniture dimensions or a drawing, and we will come back with a proposal.
Measure each piece you plan to cover, or measure the whole set if it stays together. Take the width, depth and height, including the table top and any arms. Note how the chairs tuck under the table.
A parasol through the table changes the cover's shape, and stacked chairs need a taller, narrower outline. Decide whether the cover handles one item or a whole arrangement. Tell us how your customers store the sets.
Furniture left out all year meets rain, sun and damp air, so the fabric and any vents matter. Venting helps air move and reduces condensation underneath. Describe how long the sets stay outside and we will match the build.
Tell us about the furniture and how it is stored. We reply to every project enquiry.
