Luggage Cover Range We Manufacture

Five directions in current production. The range splits by what the cover is for — protecting the case, identifying it, or securing it in transit — and case sizes are worked from your list.

Anti-Theft Covers

Elastic covers with a puncture-resistant zipper and reinforced opening, aimed at transit security.

Label Window Covers

Made-to-measure elastic covers with a clear window for the airline tag or the owner name.

Canvas & Lock Covers

Canvas covers with a lockable closure, produced for 18 to 28 inch cases.

Clear PVC Protectors

Transparent PVC protectors that keep the case visible while taking the scratches.

Eco & Print Covers

Recycled-content and printed covers for 20 to 28 inch cases, produced as branded ranges.

Zip type, print method and the case size list are confirmed per project; elastic covers are cut to each case outline rather than stretched across a size band.

Currently in production: luggage covers we currently produce.

How The Covers Are Made

Cutting, zip fitting, elastic setting and print are carried out on our own line, so covers fit the case sizes you are listing rather than a generic range.

Step 1

Case Outline

Each case size becomes its own cutting outline before production.

Step 2

Panels Cut

Panels are cut to the outline with the elastic allowance built into the pattern.

Step 3

Zips & Elastic

Zips, label windows and elastic edges are fitted and the seams reinforced.

Step 4

Packed

Covers pack flat and light, which keeps freight costs down on volume orders.

About The Manufacturer

Founder, JK Covers

In the cover industry since 2000. Founded JK Covers in 2009 in Ningbo, where our cutting, stitching and screen printing lines still run today.

Branding and Private Label

Covers can carry your printed artwork, a clear label window, printed retail packaging and your own brand labels. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.

Our screen printing workshop

Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.

Enterprise Customers

A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.

What To Send Us

The case size list and the security requirement are the two things we need first.

Case sizes

The suitcase sizes in the range you want to cover, for example 20 to 28 inch.

Purpose

Scratch protection, identification, transit security or a printed promotional range.

Artwork

Any print design, label window layout or retail packaging you want applied.

How a Luggage Cover Project Runs

  1. Send the case size list and what the cover has to do.
  2. We propose fabric, zip or elastic specification and print method, with a quote.
  3. A sample cover is produced for your approval.
  4. Production runs once the sample and artwork are signed off.
  5. Covers pack flat for bulk shipment or retail packaging.

Zip type, print method and size list are agreed per project rather than fixed in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you print the whole cover rather than just a logo?

Yes. Full-surface printing is produced on the same line as single-colour logos, which is why artwork changes stay inside the project.

What is the difference between a clear PVC protector and an elastic cover?

A clear protector lets the case stay visible and takes scratches; an elastic cover wraps the case and can carry print, labels and security features.

Can covers include a lock?

Lockable canvas constructions are part of the range. The closure specification is confirmed per project.

Can covers carry our own branding?

Yes. Printed artwork, brand labels and retail packaging with your own design are all part of the quotation.

Can we approve a sample first?

Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the cover is approved before production is scheduled.

How do we start?

Use the form below with the case size list, and we will come back with a proposal.

Choosing a Luggage Cover

Matching the cover to your suitcase size

Measure the case height, width and depth, and note whether it is a hard shell or soft-sided. The cover has to follow the outline but still stretch over the wheels and handles. Tell us the case sizes you sell and we will plan the range.

Elastic, PVC and canvas options compared

Elastic covers stretch on quickly and stay tight in transit, PVC versions are easy to wipe clean, and canvas directions feel softer and quieter. Each material suits a different buyer. Describe your market and we will point to the right one.

Check-in, storage and identity protection

Luggage covers show up on a busy carousel, keep cases out of direct contact with belts and racks, and give a place for a name or logo. Some buyers want quiet protection, others want visibility. Tell us which matters more.
