Waterproof covers for pellet grills, kamado cookers, kettles, portable barbecues, pizza ovens, griddles and smokers, produced for brands, outdoor retailers and private-label programmes.
Eight directions in current production. On this line the appliance shape sets everything — a kamado, a pellet hopper and a flat griddle each need a different cut, and the fit is what the customer notices first.
Shaped covers for ceramic cookers, cut around the dome rather than left as a cylinder.
Covers sized around the hopper and shelf footprint, with straps that hold in wind.
Full-length covers for cart grills, with handles and venting worked into the pattern.
Covers for kettle formats with venting and rip-grip straps, produced around the leg and wheel layout.
Compact covers for portable barbecues, sized to the folded appliance rather than the open one.
Covers for countertop and outdoor pizza ovens, cut to the oven body and chimney.
Longer covers for smokers and offset cookers, with adjustable straps across the stack.
Double-layer carry bags for flat-top griddles, built for transport and storage rather than outdoor use.
Denier weight, venting, strap systems and handle openings are confirmed per project; measurements are taken from the appliance you are supplying.
Currently in production: grill and BBQ covers we currently produce. If your range also covers the load area, see patio furniture covers.
Cutting, venting, strap fitting and stitching are carried out on our own line, so covers follow the appliance outline you supply rather than a size band.
The cooker outline sets the pattern, including shelf and side burner positions.
Panels and vent panels are cut to the same outline before assembly.
Vent panels, handle openings and straps are fitted and checked for placement.
Covers pack flat, which keeps carton volumes down on volume orders.
Covers and carry bags can carry your printed logo, woven label, printed retail packaging and your own product branding. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
The appliance list is the main thing; measurements follow from it.
The brands and models the covers have to fit, and whether they are cart, kettle, kamado or flat-top.
Width, depth and height of the closed appliance, including shelves and side burners.
Venting, handle openings, strap type and whether a carry bag is wanted instead of a cover.
Fabric weight, venting and strap systems are agreed per project rather than fixed in advance.
Yes. Model details plus an outline measurement or two are normally enough, and we will ask for a photo if anything is unclear.
600D coated polyester is the usual specification for this line, with heavier builds where the cover sits out all year. The grade is confirmed per project.
Venting is included where condensation or heat is a concern. Whether it is needed, and where it goes, is decided at specification stage.
Yes. Printed logos, woven labels and retail packaging with your own artwork are all part of the quotation.
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the cover is approved before production is scheduled.
Use the form below with the appliance list, and we will come back with a proposal.
Measure the grill at its widest point, including side shelves when they are open or folded. Take the depth from front to back and the height from the ground or cart to the top of the lid. Note handles and side burners that stick out.
A snug cover follows every edge, a standard fit leaves a little room, and a roomy cover handles uneven or protruding parts. Each level trades tightness against how easy the cover is to fit. Tell us the look and handling your buyers prefer.
The heavier a cover's fabric, the more it resists sun, rain and wear, while lighter fabric folds and stores more easily. Climate and how exposed the grill sits should guide the choice. Describe the conditions and we will match the direction.
Tell us the appliances and how they are used. We reply to every project enquiry.
