Hammock seat covers, bucket seat protectors, cargo liners and pet carriers for pet brands, automotive accessory distributors and private-label programmes.
Eight directions in current production. On this line the shape of the vehicle interior decides the product — a bench, a bucket seat, a boot or the back of an SUV each leads somewhere different.
600D Oxford hammocks that bridge the rear bench and the front seat backs, with zippered side flaps.
Hammocks with a rigid base, keeping the seat flat for dogs that stand rather than settle.
Weighted bead anchors hold the edges down without straps running across the cabin.
Quilted multi-layer bench covers with side flaps covering the full rear seat.
Front bucket seat protectors with a non-slip backing, cut to the seat rather than draping over it.
Universal-fit front seat covers for mixed vehicle lists, sized from a small number of templates.
Boot liners with padded side flaps and a bumper flap, cut to the load area of the vehicle.
Collapsible carriers with mesh panels and wheels, packed flat for retail.
Layer counts, non-slip backings, side flap depth and mesh window options are all confirmed per project; covers are cut to the vehicle list you supply.
Currently in production: pet seat covers and cargo liners we currently produce. If your range also covers the load area, see floor mats and cargo liners.
Cutting, quilting, edge binding and fastening assembly happen on our own line. Seat outlines follow the vehicle list rather than a small set of universal templates.
Seat outlines from your vehicle list set the pattern before cutting.
Outer shell, padding and backing are cut to the same outline so the layers do not shift.
Strap anchors, zip travel and binding are checked before release.
Covers pack flat, which keeps carton volumes down for bulk orders.
Covers can carry your printed logo, stitched label, colour-matched binding and retail packaging under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
The vehicle list and the seat type are the two things we need first.
The makes and models you want covered, and whether the target is bench, bucket or boot.
Hammock, quilted protector, bucket cover, cargo liner or carrier.
Any logo, label or retail packaging layout you want applied.
Layer counts and sizing follow the vehicle list you supply and are agreed per project.
Yes, and most of what we produce is vehicle-specific. Universal covers are available where the range has to cover a long list quickly.
The backing and the fastening system. Non-slip backings, weighted bead anchors and strap arrangements are all used, depending on the product.
Yes. Cargo and boot liners with side flaps and bumper protection are part of the same range.
Yes. Printed logos, stitched labels, colour-matched binding and retail packaging with your artwork are all part of the quotation.
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the cover is approved before production is scheduled.
Use the form below with the vehicle list and product type, and we will come back with a proposal.
A hammock spans the rear bench and the back of the front seats, a bucket cover fits a single seat, and a cargo liner protects the boot floor. The choice follows where the dog actually travels. Tell us the layout your buyers use most.
Measure the bench width, the depth from the seat back to the front edge and the distance between headrests. Note whether the seats fold or split. These measurements settle how the cover is anchored.
Claws, wet fur and constant rubbing put a cover under real strain. A tighter weave and reinforced stitching hold up better than a lighter surface. Describe how the cover is used and we will match the build.
Tell us the vehicles and the product type. We reply to every project enquiry.
