Foldable trunk organisers, backseat storage systems and seat back protectors for automotive accessory brands, distributors and private-label programmes. Developed from your vehicle list and the storage layout you want to sell.
Three formats in current production. This line is driven by the compartments and the fit rather than by fabric weight, so the first question is always what has to be stored and where it sits in the car.
Multi-pocket trunk organisers that fold flat when empty, with reinforced dividers and a base that stays put under load.
Larger organisers that hang or strap against the back of the front seats, sized around the seat back rather than the boot floor.
Waterproof panels that cover the back of the front seats, protecting the upholstery from children and cargo.
Corner boards, dividers, mesh pockets and fastening straps are all specified per project rather than held as a fixed range.
Currently in production: trunk organisers and seat back protectors. If your range also covers the load area, see floor mats and cargo liners.
Panels and inserts are cut on our own line, then assembled and stitched. Compartment sizes follow the layout you specify, not a standard grid.
Outer panels, dividers and base boards are cut to the agreed compartment layout.
Base boards are inserted so the organiser keeps its shape when loaded.
Straps and pocket stitching are checked before the unit is released.
Organisers pack flat when folded, which keeps carton volumes down.
Organisers and seat back protectors can carry your printed logo, stitched label, colour-matched binding and retail packaging under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
The vehicle list and the storage layout do most of the work here.
The makes and models you want the organiser or protector to fit.
The items the compartments have to hold, which sets the sizes and dividers.
Whether the product ships flat, boxed or in printed retail packaging.
Compartment layout and packing format are agreed per project rather than fixed in advance.
Yes. Organisers and seat back protectors are sized from the vehicle list or the dimensions you supply, which is why the models matter more than the fabric.
600D polyester and similar coated fabrics are the usual outer materials, with reinforced bases and mesh or fabric pockets. The exact build is confirmed per project.
Yes. Folding flat is a normal requirement on this line and is factored into the design rather than added afterwards.
Yes. Printed logos, stitched labels, colour-matched binding and retail packaging with your artwork are all part of the quotation.
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the unit is approved before production is scheduled.
Use the form below with the vehicle list and the storage layout, and we will come back with a proposal.
Start with the boot opening and the floor area the organiser has to fit, then think about what will be carried. A larger capacity suits bulky shopping or tools, while a smaller unit keeps a compact boot tidy. Describe the typical load and we will size the compartments.
Collapsible organisers flatten away when not in use, rigid units hold their shape and stay upright, and divided versions keep items separated. Each fold type changes how the organiser stores and travels. Tell us which behaviour your buyers expect.
Seat back panels protect the front seat from rear passengers and pets, and kick mats cover the area that feet hit most. They are usually sold alongside trunk organisers. Describe the set you want to offer and we will plan the panels.
Tell us the vehicles and what has to be stored. We reply to every project enquiry.
