Magnetic, sandbag and felt-backed fender protectors for tool brands, distributors, workshops and private-label programmes. Developed from your wing profile, a photo or your current mat.
Eight constructions currently in production. The fixing method is usually the first decision — magnets, sandbag weights or a felt-lined face — and everything else follows from where the mat is used.
Heavy-duty vinyl leather mats that hold on with embedded magnets, so they go on and come off one-handed during servicing.
4mm PVC foam pads held by sandbag weights — used where the panel is aluminium, plastic or otherwise not magnetic.
Matched sets covering both front fenders and the front panel, packed as one retail-ready kit.
A soft microfiber leather face with a multi-magnet layout, for paintwork that needs the gentlest contact.
Felt on the vehicle side, vinyl leather on the outside — the combination that keeps dust from grinding under the mat.
Two-layer synthetic leather with a sandbag fastening system for heavier workshop use.
Wider covers that take in the bumper and wing area, for repairs where overspray and oil splash reach beyond the fender line.
Produced to your artwork, colour and specification, including tool-brand and distributor programmes.
Faces in current production include vinyl leather, synthetic leather and microfiber leather; backings include felt, PVC foam and plain lining. Magnet grades, edge binding and packing are confirmed per project against your requirements.
Currently in production: fender covers and mechanic protectors we currently produce. If your range also covers the load area, see tailgate pads.
Cutting, stitching, magnet placement and edge finishing are done on our own line. Magnet pockets and sandbag channels are positioned to the confirmed pattern rather than added later.
The wing profile or your existing mat is turned into a cutting file and run on our cutter.
Each panel is cut to the confirmed outline, including the fold lines for the magnet pockets.
Magnets are enclosed in stitched pockets and edges are bound so corners do not fray in workshop use.
Bulk cartons or printed retail packs with your artwork, barcode and size label.
Mats can carry your printed logo, colour-matched binding, size and care labels, and can be packed under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
A sketch is enough to quote from. Send whichever of these you already have.
A photo of the vehicle side, or a tracing of the wing shape you want covered.
Length, width and any cut-outs the mat has to work around.
If you already sell one, send it and we will match the shape and fixing method.
Magnets can be removed from a sample if you need to ship it by air; quantity, sampling and delivery are agreed per project.
It depends on the panel. Steel wings hold a magnetic mat directly; aluminium, plastic or composite panels need sandbag weights or a strap-and-weight combination.
Yes. Most of what we produce is shaped to a particular wing profile, using measurements, a photo or your existing mat as the starting point.
That is what the backing is for. Felt and soft microfiber faces are the usual choice where the mat sits on finished paint; PVC foam is used where the priority is oil and impact resistance.
Yes. Printed logos, colour-matched binding, size and care labels and your own retail packaging are all part of the quotation.
Sampling is part of the normal project flow and the mat is approved before production is scheduled.
Use the form below. Send a photo, a sketch, dimensions or your current mat — whichever is quickest for you.
Magnetic pads grip steel panels without straps, sandbag versions drape over the wing and stay put by weight, and felt-backed mats rely on a soft contact surface. The right choice depends on the panel material and how often the cover is moved.
Many newer vehicles mix aluminium, plastic and composite panels that magnets will not hold. Check what the fender is made of before choosing a fixing method. If magnets will not work, a weighted or strapped design keeps the mat in place.
A small car wing, a van front and a commercial truck panel each need a different footprint. Measure across the widest part of the panel and note the shape. Tell us the vehicle types you cover and we will plan the range.
Tell us what the mat has to cover and how it will be fixed. We reply to every project enquiry.
