Custom-fit car covers for brands, importers, distributors and private-label buyers. Indoor, outdoor, half covers and printed covers — developed from your model, drawings, photos or a reference sample.
Eight directions we currently produce. Each one reflects a construction already in production, so you can judge fit and build quality before starting a custom project.
PVC and PEVA shells for long-term outdoor parking. Waterproof outer surface with UV and weather resistance.
Padded multi-layer construction for exposed parking where impact, snow load and heavy weather are a factor.
Brush-backed indoor covers for garages, storage and workshops. Soft inner surface against the paint.
Spandex stretch fabric with a soft fleece lining. Follows the body lines instead of draping over them.
Form-fitting velvet covers for showrooms, handover and events where presentation matters as much as protection.
Roof and window covers for quick daily protection. Developed in PEVA and precision-fit top-cover formats.
Full-colour digital printing across the cover surface. Your artwork, logo and campaign graphics.
Photo-realistic printing that reproduces a specific car, livery or artwork — built to order for one-off projects.
Materials in current production include 250gsm PVC, PEVA, non-woven fabric, brush backing, spandex stretch and velvet. Constructions are confirmed per project against your requirements.
Currently in production: car covers and indoor covers we currently produce. If your range also covers the load area, see car seat covers.
Pattern making, cutting, sewing, inspection and packing are handled in our own workshop. Every cover is developed from your vehicle or sample, not from a generic size chart.
Your drawing, photo or sample is turned into a cutting file and run on our auto cutter.
Panels are cut to the confirmed pattern so the cover follows the actual body lines.
Finished covers are checked for fit, stitching and finish before being released for packing.
Bulk packing or printed retail packaging with your artwork, size labels and barcodes.
Covers can carry your printed artwork, logo, size and care labels, and can be packed under your own brand. Screen printing is done in-house, so artwork changes stay within the same project.
Customer artwork, logos and repeat prints are applied on our own screen printing line.
A selection of the brands, distributors and trade customers we manufacture for.
You do not need a complete technical pack to get a quote. Any one of these is enough to start.
A picture of the vehicle or the area to be covered, or a sketch showing the shape.
The make, model and year, or the key dimensions the cover has to fit.
If you already have a cover you are happy with, send it and we will work from it.
Quantity, sampling and delivery are agreed per project rather than fixed in advance.
Yes. A clear photo or a drawing is enough for us to assess the project and come back with a proposal. Better input simply speeds up sampling.
Both. Where we already hold a pattern for the vehicle we start from it; where we do not, the cover is developed from your measurements, photos or a reference sample.
Yes. Printed artwork, logos, size and care labels, and your own retail packaging are all part of the quotation.
It depends on where the vehicle lives. Long-term outdoor parking points to PVC, PEVA or padded all-weather shells; garages and showrooms point to brush-backed, stretch or velvet covers that are softer against the paint.
Sampling is part of the normal project flow. The sample is approved before production is scheduled.
Use the form below. Send whatever you have — a photo, a model name, a drawing or a sample — and we will take it from there.
Measure length bumper to bumper, width across the widest bodywork and the overall height including any roof rails or aerials. Note where mirrors and spoilers sit, because they change how a cover drapes. A few clear photos from each side save a lot of back and forth.
Indoor covers are mainly about dust, scratches and showroom presentation, so a soft, breathable construction is usually best. Outdoor covers have to handle rain, sun and road film, so they need a closer fit and a more weatherproof build. Use the cover's main conditions to pick the direction.
Some buyers want the whole vehicle protected, while others only need a cab, roof or front section. Partial covers suit quick tasks and easy handling, full covers suit long-term parking. Tell us the coverage you sell and we will plan the panels around it.
Tell us what you need covered and what you already have. We reply to every project enquiry.
